Waiting 6 weeks on my first unemployment payment, administrative assistant here

I was laid off as an administrative assistant and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Mine took about 6 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
