Waiting 5 weeks on my first unemployment payment, pharmacy technician here

I applied for unemployment in Boston 5 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 5 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
