Waiting 5 weeks on my first unemployment payment, bank teller here

I applied for unemployment in Honolulu 5 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
