Waiting 5 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I was laid off as a software tester and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 5 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
