Waiting 5 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 13 months and counting

I was laid off as an IT help-desk technician and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. Thank you in advance. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
