Waiting 5 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 12 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Oklahoma City 5 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
