Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 9 years as an insurance claims processor

I filed my claim 4 weeks ago after being let go as an insurance claims processor. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
