Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 9 years as a warehouse supervisor

I applied for unemployment in Oklahoma City 4 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
