Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 3 years as a security officer

I applied for unemployment in Baltimore 4 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a security officer before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
