Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 18 years as a warehouse supervisor

I filed my claim 4 weeks ago after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
