Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I was laid off as a delivery driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 4 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
