Waiting 4 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 11 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 4 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
