Waiting 3 weeks on my first unemployment payment, operations analyst here

I applied for unemployment in Austin 3 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
