Waiting 3 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I was laid off as a sales associate and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
