Waiting 3 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I applied for unemployment in Jacksonville 3 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 3 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
