Waiting 3 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as an electrician's helper. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
