Waiting 26 weeks on my first unemployment payment, mechanic here

I applied for unemployment in Boise 26 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
