Waiting 26 weeks on my first unemployment payment, call-centre agent here

I filed my claim 26 weeks ago after being let go as a call-centre agent. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
