Waiting 26 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 8 years as an accounts payable clerk

I applied for unemployment in Boston 26 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
