Waiting 25 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 9 months and counting

I was laid off as a janitorial supervisor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
