Waiting 24 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Cleveland)

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 24 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
