Waiting 23 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Memphis)

I applied for unemployment in Memphis 23 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been weighing on me all week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
