Waiting 22 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Portland 22 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Any experience at all would help. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
