Waiting 22 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Portland 22 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
