Waiting 22 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I filed my claim 22 weeks ago after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
