Waiting 22 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I filed my claim 22 weeks ago after being let go as a pharmacy technician. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
