Waiting 22 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I was laid off as an accounts payable clerk and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
