Waiting 21 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Tulsa)

I filed my claim 21 weeks ago after being let go as a barista. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
