Waiting 21 weeks on my first unemployment payment, graphic designer here

I applied for unemployment in Spokane 21 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
