Waiting 21 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I filed my claim 21 weeks ago after being let go as a bank teller. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Mine took about 21 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
