Waiting 21 weeks on my first unemployment payment, call-centre agent here

I filed my claim 21 weeks ago after being let go as a call-centre agent. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
