Waiting 21 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 21 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Sacramento 21 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
