Waiting 20 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I filed my claim 20 weeks ago after being let go as an IT help-desk technician. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
