Waiting 20 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 20 weeks in

I filed my claim 20 weeks ago after being let go as a recruiter. I worked as a recruiter before this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
