Waiting 2 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I was laid off as a recruiter and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
