Waiting 2 weeks on my first unemployment payment, data-entry clerk here

I applied for unemployment in Seattle 2 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
