Waiting 2 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as a retail manager. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
