Waiting 19 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Cincinnati)

I filed my claim 19 weeks ago after being let go as a delivery driver. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
