Waiting 19 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 19 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
