Waiting 19 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 11 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Denver 19 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
