Waiting 18 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 18 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
