Waiting 17 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Fresno)

I applied for unemployment in Fresno 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
