Waiting 17 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I was laid off as an electrician's helper and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
