Waiting 17 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 17 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Hartford 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
