Waiting 17 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 17 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Omaha 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
