Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment, call-centre agent here

I applied for unemployment in Phoenix 16 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
