Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 5 years as a project coordinator

I was laid off as a project coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been weighing on me all week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?
