Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 4 years as a line cook

I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a line cook. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
