Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment, administrative assistant here

I applied for unemployment in Toledo 16 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
