Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I applied for unemployment in Seattle 16 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
